The starting point of the project was to create a pedestrian and cycle urban run, that trace a bond between the principal plaza and the river. From that has been generated a museum that keeps track of such bond.
A "Museum - Atrium", a place to live but also to cross, that attracts verse of oneself, and together it introduces the space of green, water and light of the shores of the Talvera. The architectural volume, in our perspective, is not an arrogant alternative to the earth, it is not superimposed to it or suffocating it and covering it with its materials; rather it welcomes it, with the soft and sinuous forms, and it appears almost to be risen, deprived of foundations, from the earth.
The "atrium" is a space that refers to an ulterior space, and it opens towards what still has to come. It attracts, really for this, the attention any passer-by: citizens, tourists, experts, vagabonds; because, it occurs to be attracted in front of every limit that marks an entry, a door or a passage.
